- In the best shape of my life (from the inside out). I am RAW VEGAN and cut WAY back on wheat, dairy, coffee and processed sugar and MAN, what a difference it has made. Not only am I at my ideal weight, my allergy symptoms have disappeared. Ran the Honolulu Marathon and most recently the Florence Italy marathon. Have a GREAT life that is busy and fulfilling, start each day with prayer and meditation. Look forward to living to a healthy 100 years old. My motto each day: how can I be of service to others?
